Mark Bonchek, CEO and Founder
Mark is the founder of Truman Company and is responsible for strategy and product development. Prior to founding Truman Company and merging the business to become part of Soundbridge, Mark was co-founder and Managing Director of Tapestry Networks from 2001-2006. Earlier positions include COO of the TomorrowLab division at McKinsey & Company, VP of Strategy Services for iXL, Director of Research for the Strategos Institute, and Research Associate at the MIT Artificial Intelligence Lab. Mark holds a Ph.D. in Political Economy and Government from Harvard University and an A.B. from Princeton University. He is the co-author of the book Analyzing Politics: Rationality, Behavior and Institutions and, most recently, a contributor to The Firm as Collaborative Community: The Reconstruction of Trust in the Knowledge Economy.
Elizabeth Giordani, Director
Elizabeth manages client relationships at Truman Company. Previously, she was Project Manager at Tapestry Networks, and held a variety of positions in client technology integration at State Street Corporation. Elizabeth earned her certificate in writing and publishing from Emerson College, and holds a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a dog trainer, and the proud owner of the dog called Truman.
Elva Ellen Kowald, Director
Elva brings more than twenty years of business-to-business marketing experience to Truman, with expertise in marketing strategy, executive communications, program development, and qualitative research. She has been instrumental in the development and adoption of new and emerging products and services in the information technology, healthcare, and telecommunications industries. Most recently, Elva held positions in marketing management at GE Healthcare IT and IDX Systems Corporation, focusing on early adoption of eHealth solutions at large healthcare provider organizations. Elva graduated with honors from New York University and holds an M.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
