Mark Bonchek, CEO

Mark is responsible for the vision, strategy, and culture of Truman Company. Mark was co-founder and Managing Director of Tapestry Networks from 2001-2006. Prior positions include COO of the TomorrowLab division at McKinsey & Company, VP of Strategy Services for iXL, Director of Research for the Strategos Institute, and Research Associate at the MIT Artificial Intelligence Lab. Mark holds a Ph.D. in Political Economy and Government from Harvard University and an A.B. from Princeton University. He is the co-author of the book Analyzing Politics: Rationality, Behavior and Institutions and, most recently, a contributor to The Firm as Collaborative Community: The Reconstruction of Trust in the Knowledge Economy. Erol "KC" Munuz, Senior Vice President

KC is responsible for external relations, content and communication services at Truman Company. Previous positions include global director of Media Relations at The Boston Consulting Group, managing director at Hill and Knowlton in Washington DC, and director of policy and programs at the Hawthorn Group. KC worked for over a decade as a professional actor in New York and Los Angeles. He received a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and holds an MPA degree from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. He is the co-author of the book Mediterranean Summer.

Jane Hiscock, Senior Vice President

Jane is responsible for executive forums and networks at Truman Company. Prior positions include Network Producer for Tapestry Networks, Vice President of marketing for Sentillion and Vice President of global marketing for Barra, Inc. Jane serves on the board of directors for the New England chapter of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. She is also an adjunct faculty member of Boston University. Jane graduated with honors from the University of Western Ontario in Political Science and Biology and holds a Master of Science from Boston University.

Adrian Forde, Vice President

Adrian is responsible for advisory councils at Truman Company. Prior positions include Network Producer for Tapestry Networks, VP of Education and Professional Service at Availant and principal of Gen3 Partners. Adrian has also served as an associate with Mitchell Madison Group and a project manager in Global IT for McKinsey & Company. Adrian began his career as a charter employee with Cambridge Technology Partners. A native of Galway, Ireland, Adrian was educated at Trinity College, Dublin, where he gained a B.A. (Hons), and an M.A. in Computer Science, Linguistics, and German. He also holds an M.B.A from Columbia Business School.

Carol Greenfield, Director

Carol manages client relationships at Truman Company. Previously, Carol was the Vice President and COO at the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, a Director at MicroMentor, the learning design firm, and served in the Mayor's office of the City of Boston. Carol earned her Certificate in Management from Boston University's Executive Program and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Urban Studies from Mount Holyoke College.

Elizabeth Giordani, Director 

Elizabeth manages client relationships at Truman Company. Previously, she was Project Manager at Tapestry Networks, and held a variety of positions in client technology integration at State Street Corporation. Elizabeth earned her certificate in writing and publishing from Emerson College, and holds a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a dog trainer, and the proud owner of the dog called Truman.

Andrea Butera Moncreaff, Director

Andrea is responsible for talent acquisition and management at Truman Company, including recruitment and hiring, professional development, employee benefits, and performance measurement. Before joining Truman, she was the Human Resources Specialist at Tapestry Networks, and served for six years as a manager in marketing, sales, and operations at Authentica.
