Advisory Networks

Customer Advisory Networks combine the impact of an advisory council with the reach of a customer community

Like an advisory council, members of an Advisory Network contribute their insight to influence a company's direction and gain access to peer exchange.

Instead of face-to-face meetings, an Advisory Network operates virtually through conference calls and a private Web-based collaboration center.

As a result, Advisory Networks grow much larger than an advisory council and operate at a much lower cost per member.

Each month, hosts of an Advisory Network receive a monthly Executive Digest™ with highlights of member interviews, profiles on new network members, and a summary of member requests and recommendations.

The Executive Digest™ gives an executive team visibility into the thinking of their most important customers and an action plan for keeping the company aligned to the marketplace.

At the same time, the Advisory Network creates a direct channel that builds relationships with executive buyers.
